Flu shot attestation: All students are required to receive a flu vaccination by Friday, Oct. 29. If you haven't had your shot yet, please stop by White Hall from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for your free vaccination — no appointment needed. After receiving your vaccination, you must complete Emory’s Flu Attestation Form — regardless of where you received the shot — and include the date. The same form also allows you to request a qualified medical or religious exemption. For more information, visit the Student Health Services Join the Fight Against Flu webpage.
